The GLEANINGS have arrived! Over 6500 names have been added to our 'miscellaneous indexes databases' with the introduction of the A-Z Gleanings database. This database is a work in progress and will be continually updated until all three binders of names have been transcribed. FVGS members are encouraged to volunteer to help us reach this goal by the end of 2008. More is on the way!

If anyone is wondering why our site was inacessible for the last week, well it seems one of our recently joined members, a Mr. Charles Binns, asked that the site be deleted. We are unclear as to the purpose of his request or why he felt it was necessary to cause us grief. But the situation has been cleared up on our end with WETPAINT and Mr. Binns has been banned from our site.

We apologize for any inconvenience this might have caused, and are doing our best to make sure this never happens again.
